Provide DNS management
This would be useful to go with the Plesk/cPanel request, allowing DNS to be managed separately and not have to reside within the VM.
Given the fantastic network Melbourne have along with its infrastructure and resilience, you could have this as a billable option for users that require this ability, with either a cost per domain, or just a cost for use.

I currently use maradns and postfix on a completely separate setup. This only needs a minute box as all email is forwarded, << than your current minimum. Perhaps something like this could be added. Maradns is pretty tight, chrooted and everything and easy to handle. (I actually have primary and secondary name servers pointing to the same box, even the same IP!:-0))

Melbourne have an excellent DNS manager service, this should be included (free or billable) as part of serverlove.
