Remove requirement to enter mobile number
Find another way to issue passwords securely. I don't want to give you a mobile number, so I won't sign up.

Provide current price for active VMs and transaction history per server.
* There is no way to see how much a VM costs while it is running.
* The 'transaction history' seems to combine all the runnings VMs together. It isn't currently possible to work out how much each VM has cost to run during a set period.3 votes -
More advanced server usage stats in control panel & api
Much like bandwidth usage, it would be good to be able to see CPU/memory usages on the control panel.

Consider having live chat like olark or a basecamp chat room
As a customer who is not in the UK, calling is really a preferred option, especially for simple and quick queries. Having a livechat option on your site would be really handy.

Allow adjustments to CPU, RAM, Firewall etc while a server is running, to be implemented on the next reboot
To save on downtime while adjusting server resources like CPU and RAM it would be useful to be able to make these changes while it is running. You could also then initiate a reboot at a quiet period overnight knowing the extra resources would be allocated with minimum disruption.

SMS text message balance alerts
Would be awesome to get textmessage alerts for balance updates, espeically when running low, service about to turn off etc.

Keep the 'Edit' button under the actions column for running servers
I know there are some fuctions that can't be allowed for running servers, but (e.g.) I'd like to be able to switch the VNC service on and off when I needed it, rather than let it run 24/7.

Automatic load balancing across servers (aka Amazon's elastic load balancing)
I use amazon web services and they have a function that creates an automatic load balancer. This would save a lot of configuration for your users and help them scale their sites easily.

We’ll look to implement this in future – for now you can set the reverse dns for each IP to the hostname of the site it runs, as a reminder of its purpose :)
